Ebssfleet Cross
Part of the Ebbsfleet Garden City which will provide over 15,000 new homes over the next 15 years. NWM and its partners acquired former quarries and industrial sites taking the site through to detailed planning and development start. The project will see the creation of 330 residential units.
NWM provided solutions for abnormals and works including ground water, hydrocarbon contamination, Japanese knotweed, site clearance, demolition, the importation of over 300,000 tonnes of material to create an engineered development platform, installation of piling platform and major earthworks.
